After you activate protection, we submit and track requests on your behalf and report progress in your dashboard. Brokers set their own processing timelines; when data comes back, our monitoring is designed to detect it so we can follow up again.

We apply industry-standard protections including encryption for account and session data, strict access controls on our systems, and a privacy-first data minimization policy: we only retain what we need to run removals and monitoring, we never sell your personal information, and sensitive inputs are removed automatically after processing whenever possible.
